                         {\'e} possibilitar o gerenciamento integrado de m{\'u}ltiplos 
                         projetos executados simultaneamente e responder rapidamente 
                         {\`a}s mudan{\c{c}}as ocorridas no ambiente de desenvolvimento 
                         no qual elas se inserem. Como ferramenta de apoio {\`a} abordagem 
                         proposta, foi projetada uma arquitetura para o desenvolvimento de 
                         um ambiente integrado de ferramentas distribu{\'{\i}}das e 
                         orientadas a servi{\c{c}}os que possibilite sua 
                         operacionaliza{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Esse ambiente permite modelar e 
                         analisar o funcionamento dos sistemas de gest{\~a}o da 
                         produ{\c{c}}{\~a}o de software, de forma a integrar, 
                         automatizar, gerenciar e melhorar de maneira cont{\'{\i}}nua a 
                         efici{\^e}ncia dos processos executados. ABSTRACT: This work 
                         proposes an approach based on a combination of techniques from the 
                         areas of BPM (Business Process Management) and SOA (Service 
                         Oriented Architecture) for the modeling, organizing and management 
                         of software factories, whose aim is to allow the integrated 
                         management of simultaneous multiple project and to rapidly adapt 
                         to the dynamic software development and application scenarios 
                         surrounding them. An environment to support the approach is also 
                         proposed, made of distributed integrated software tools, designed 
                         according to the SOA paradigm. This environment supports the 
                         modeling and analysis of the management processes involved in 
                         large scale software production, aiming at the integration, 
                         automatization, management and continuous improvement of their 
                         efficiency.",
